Lucy began her journey with Southern Music Therapy in 2019 as she completed her Masters of Music Therapy. Now, a fully registered music therapist Lucy has experience working with a wide range of people however, specialises in working with tamariki and whānau who have experience trauma. Embracing a holistic and child-centred approach, Lucy is passionate about helping people express, explore and process complex emotions in a safe and secure environment. She strongly believes in music’s unique ability to connect and heal people through the body, mind and spirit.
