Music Therapy New Zealand proudly presents ‘Connecting Communities’

In conjunction with Music Therapy Week, and with the support of Hugo Charitable Trust, Music Therapy New Zealand proudly presents its new film on neurological choirs. Here members and therapists share the ways in which these choirs help support health and wellbeing in the community. This is part one of a two part series, with the second film (the science and reasoning behind neurological choirs) to be released shortly.

Music Therapy has not only brought our daughter great improvements in motor planning, finger strength, communication and attention span, it has brought her great joy as well. There is no place she would rather be than in a room making music.
