I am particularly interested in resourcing people into their own well-being (living the best life they can, given who they are), therefore living and aging well.

Music has been an integral part of my life. I have been and am part of many singing and/or band groups, and was a music teacher at an intermediate school for many years. I completed my Master of Music Therapy degree at Victoria University of Wellington, and now I enjoy all forms of “musicking” – being with people in and through music in any way that we are able – in my music therapy practice in Auckland. My strengths are facilitating, and leading singing groups and I believe that singing, in particular group singing, has both physiological and social benefits that are helpful in one’s well-being.
