10:00 – 11:00am: A review of the Rhythm 2 Recovery course. Rani attended the workshop and would like to share some of the exercises she learnt and reflect together from a music therapy perspective. Please bring your own drum or let me know if you’d like to borrow one.
11:00 – 11:30am: Music for self-care and relaxation with Sophie
11:30 – 12:30pm: lunch at The Old Quarter
