Moving your Mood with Music

Music has proven health benefits, including positive effects on mood. Come along to The Pyramid at Massey University’s Wellington Campus between 1130 and 1330 on Thurs 29th June for information on how to move your mood with music.

I have developed an evidence based tool which can be easily used by anyone who wants to move their mood with music. It’s normal for all of us to experience a wide range of emotions – It might be that you are feeling anxious, stressed or demotivated and you want to feel relaxed, focused or energised instead. The move your mood tool can help you achieve the mood you desire. I look forward to seeing you on the day” – Craig Waterworth, RN, Massey University School of Nursing.
